How we coach
Sessions stay short on lectures. Players hear one theme, then they play it. Families get the plan after a coach shares it.

Founder & Director
Sal started Level Up so a player could do school and serious training in the same day, without treating one as the leftover. He still sets the standard for how coaches talk to kids and how families are brought in.
Culture, families, and the daily standard
Director of Coaching
Marcus builds the weekly training themes and the individual plans. He wants a player who can scan, pass, and compete when the game gets loud.
U12–U16 training and player plans
U9–U12 Coach
Jordan runs the after-school block. Sessions stay competitive and short on lectures. Players leave with one thing to repeat at home.
After-school groups and ball mastery
Goalkeeping Coach
Samira trains keepers inside the age-group session, not off in a separate sport. Distribution and bravery on crosses sit next to shot-stopping.
Handling, footwork, and distribution
Learning Guide, Humanities
Helen runs the morning humanities block. She treats the daycare learning block as real school: drafts, discussion, and work that is finished.
Reading, writing, and seminar
Learning Guide, STEM
David holds the STEM block and the project studio. He coordinates with families on the blended curriculum they choose.
